What you will need
Before staring the process, it is recommended you have the following to hand:
- The tenancy agreement for the property to be repossessed OR
- A note of:- The start date & end date of the tenancy, How often the rent is due as per the agreement (i.e. weekly, calendar monthly etc) The tenant(s) name(s) The address of the property to be repossessed Your name and address
- If you are taking action because of rent arrears, a note of the amount the tenant currently owes. You can use our arrears calculator to help with this if you wish - click HERE to access the calculator.
- Your credit card or PayPal details to make payment.
How long will it take?
There are approximately 12 questions to answer/complete. With all the above information available it should NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES.
What you will get
Once you have made your payment, the Notice(s) you have selected will appear on your computer screen to print, sign and give or send to the tenant. (see FAQ's for details about giving the Notice to the tenant).
A copy of the Notice(s) will also be forwarded to your email "in box".
