Section 8 – Repossession Notice for rent arrears.
General comment – over 70% of possession proceedings issued in the London area are rejected by the courts as the paperwork is not completed correctly. Follow our system and read the FAQ’s if you have any queries to ensure your Section 8 or Section 21 Notice is correct.
The payment period (i.e. how often your tenancy agreements says that the rent must be paid) is VERY important to ensure the correct wording is added into the Section 8 Notice.
You can find this information in your tenancy agreement. It is not always how often your tenant pays. Irrespective of that, the Section 8 Notice needs to show how often they SHOULD pay according to the tenancy agreement.

What you will get
Once you have completed the forms on line, the Notice(s) you have selected will appear on your computer screen to print, sign and give or send to the tenant. (see FAQ’s for details about giving the Notice to the tenant).
A copy of the Notice(s) will also be forwarded to your email “in box”.
